Район из автономных домов с нулевым энергопотреблением

В Сиетле завершен проект постройки района из экодомов с нулевым энергопотреблением

Дом с нулевым энергопотреблением

Район располагается на острове Лопес Айлэнде (Lopes Island) и называется Lopez Community Land Trust (LCLT). Жителям этого района не нужно платить за электроэнергию и отопление. Кроме того они будут проживать в домах, построенных из экологически чистых материалов.

Этот проект был разработан и реализован компанией Mithun. Постройка такого района на Лопес Айлэнде — это ответ на завышенные цены за жильё в этом месте. Кроме того проект имел большую поддержку от организация, занимающихся проблемами экологии на острове.

Схема района Lopez Community Land Trust

Дома в Lopez Community Land Trust построены из экологически чистых материалов: соломы, глины и древесины. Благодаря современным технологиям в строительстве материалы имеют довольно хорошую прочность и обладают большими энергосберегающими свойствами.

Нулевое энергопотребление дома в новом районе основано на использовании альтернативных и возобновляемых источников энергии: солнца и ветра. Используется также и дождевая вода.

Каждый дом спроектирован таким образом, чтобы солнечный свет способствовал хорошему освещению комнат, обогревал большую площадь помещения, а также собирал максимально возможное количество солнечных лучей для получения электроэнергии.

Структура домов с нулевым энергопотреблением

Система солнечных панелей общей мощностью 33,8 кВт достаточна для обеспечения электричеством 11 домов.

Благодаря специальной сборочной системе, которая собирает дождевую воду. Дома постоянно имеют в своём распоряжении запасы воды, используемой для бытовых нужд: стирки, канализации и т.д. Среднегодового количества осадков, а это примерно 63 см, хватает для всех домов района.

Вся территория спроектирована специалистами в области ландшафтного дизайна и очень привлекательна. При этом соблюдена и практическая составляющая: каждая семья имеет участок для выращивания деревьев, растений, овощей и фруктов.
